Just need an easy sample menu to go by. Need something simple for my husband. Maybe even could be IBS friendly……
I just need a sample menu he can go by….keep looking and get to much information…which is nice and helpful but just want a menu!

several options: contact your local hospital, they will give you a sample guide for living with diabeties. Even already have it portioned out on the list as to serving size, and how your choices should be spread out nutritionally. or try a search online like the one below. theres lots of menu ideas as well as guides available. http://diet.lovetoknow.com/wiki/Diabetic_Diet_Menus
